After nearly a year of extensive effort on the part of a great many Rock Creek residents, we are pleased to report to you that the Rock Creek Board of Directors has finalized, and submits for your consideration at the 2016 Annual Meeting of Association members, a concept plan for the rehabilitation of the Club property and specific details concerning the proposed implementation of Phase 1 of such plan.
