How long does ARC take to process an application?

The ARC meets once a month on the Monday prior the Sunday Board meeting for the POA. Exterior Alteration Applications are reviewed and discussed at the ARC meetings and a decision is made on approval. Typically, the property owner is notified by Wednesday following the ARC meeting. Often times, more simple approvals can be reviewed and approved between meetings; however, more complicated approvals, such as house plans, major landscaping renovations, pools, home remodels, etc. require far more review and discussion at the ARC meeting and may even require additional follow up with the property owner. These situations can take multiple ARC meetings to reach final approval.
