Are pool memberships available to the Rock Creek POA pool?

This issue has been discussed at length by the RCPOA Board. Since the pool was constructed to meet the needs and number of members in the Rock Creek POA, the Board has determined that memberships outside of the Rock Creek POA will not be permitted. To open the facility to outside memberships would put an unnecessary burden on the facility.
