What are the signage requirements and restrictions for advertising a garage sale?

You can advertise your garage sale with one or more signs in your yard and in the common areas of Rock Creek. Signs can be displayed for no more than 48 hours and cannot be larger than 12 inches in height and 18 inches in width. Hand lettering is permitted in any desired color. Signs are not permitted at the main entrance or the South Drive entrance to Rock Creek.
