Rock Creek POA receives numerous questions from realtors and brokers when anticipating a listing in Rock Creek. Here are the most common questions and their answers.

  • What is the annual association fee? $696.00
  • Is there a transfer fee to the buyer? If so, how much? Yes, $750.00.
  • Is there an estoppel fee charged at closing to the seller? No.
  • Is there an additional amenity fee or one anticipated? No.
  • Is there a recurring special assessment or one anticipated? No.
  • Are more than 2 pets allowed? Yes.
  • Is there a rental restriction? Yes. Rental terms are currently for six (6) months or more, with the possibility of changing to a twelve (12) month minimum if approved by the homeowners at the January 2024 annual meeting.
  • What do the association fees cover? Maintenance of common areas and amenities, management, utilities at common areas, and insurance.
  • What are all the amenities of the subdivision? Community pool.
  • Is there an additional fee for use of the amenities, such as a fee for the pool? No.
  • Which Phases have access to all Rock Creek amenities? Phases 1 through 4.
